At Luna Wedding & Event Supplies, we want your special day to be perfect; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging and have not been used. Please note that custom orders and clearance items are final sale.
Request an RMA
Contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship the package using a trackable service to ensure safe delivery to our warehouse.
Refund Processing
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
